Shipley takes top 10 at Attica

Colin Shipley visited Attica Raceway Park (Attica, Ohio) in his Dominator Race Products No. 44S Dirt Late Model on Friday evening.

The Weston, Ohio, racer turned in a fourth-place qualifying effort among 22 drivers entered in the Late Model class and both started and finished second in his heat race. He rolled off from the eighth starting spot for the 25-lap A-Main on the 1/3-mile oval and steered to a 10th-place result.

Shipley Racing’s scheduled appearance at Oakshade Raceway (Wauseon, Ohio) on Saturday was rained out.
